Here is the new video for Cassie's new single "Official Girl" the video version features rapper Lil Wayne. I don't like his part, cause he give nothing special to the song. The video looks very great and Cassie is such a beautiful girl. With the video i like the song alot more, but i think she needs a stronger song to show her skills.

Another song from Cassie has leaked today. The song is called "2 The Morning" and it's a great club banger. The beat is really amazing, very dark with big bass. The song is produced by Bryan Michael Cox (Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige) and he did a very good job. This joint is much better than her comeback single "Official Girl". Hope this album will rock the world.

So here is Cassie's new single "Official Girl", which is a really nice R&B track. I expected something more uptempo. The track has been prodcuced by Danja (Danity Kane, Britney Spears) and The Clutch (Ciara, Mary J. Blige). Can't wait to hear the new full album, which is called "Connecticut Fever".

Here is finally the video for Cassie's "Is It You?" song from the "Step Up 2" OST. I really like this track. the video version has a little piano intro, which fits the song so perfect. The video is only a montage of clips from the movie. So nothing special. Think her new album will be hot like the 1st one.

News From Cassie's New LP

Here is a little statment from the "Me&U"singer Cassie. She talks about her new album. Sounds very nice. I want her sophomore album so bad!^^

"I guess I grew up a lot but I'm still in essence the same person," says the 21-year-old singer. "Lots has changed in my life, stuff that has made me think about things differently. I'm more vulnerable and you can hear my vocals better this time around. There's real emotion and a much realer connection with my fans."

The album features production from Seven, Mario Winans, Bryan Michael Cox, Eric Hudson, Sean C and LV and mentor Ryan Leslie, who discovered the Connecticut native. There are no guest features recorded as of yet.

And although a first single hasn't been released, Cassie assures it will be "a club record -- something fun and danceable." Possible contenders include the Seven-produced "My House," the flirty "Thirsty" and the concept track "Push It," on which Cassie sings, "Want you to light me up / keep me on my toes / gotta hold it steady."
